How do I order a Welcome Book?
Choose your plan and fill out the short form at the bottom of the page. You will receive an invoice via email within a few hours. Once payment is confirmed, we begin building your guide.
How quickly will I receive my guide?
In the Standard plan, the project is usually ready within 24h (on business days). In the Premium Concierge plan, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days due to the research and curation process.
What if the Premium plan is missing specific data?
If your public listing on Booking/Airbnb lacks technical details (e.g., Wi-Fi password or entry codes), we will send you a short “Missing Info List” to fill in the gaps.
How much does it cost and what about renewal?
Standard plan is €89/year. Premium is €139 for the first year. Renewal for subsequent years is €89 for both plans. We will contact you before your subscription expires – no automatic charges.
Do I need to create an account?
No. We value your time. No registration or passwords are required. Everything is handled via the order form and email communication.
Can I update the information during the year?
Yes. If you change your Wi-Fi password or want to add new recommendations, just send us an email. We update your data at no extra cost during your active subscription.
