After exiting the A1 motorway (Split exit), follow the main road towards the city center. As you enter the city, turn right onto Kralja Zvonimira Street and continue straight for approximately 2 km.
After passing Bačvice Beach, turn left onto Kralja Tomislava Street. The apartment building is located on the right side, on the ground floor (Entrance A).
Two private parking spaces are available for our guests at the entrance to the public parking lot. The spots are marked with a sign that reads “Sunny Apartment Guests.” Please park only in these designated spaces.
The train and bus stations are about a 10-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop, “HNK” or “PAZAR,” is located approximately 200 meters from the building. From the airport, there is an express bus service – get off at the final stop, “Split – Ferry Port Terminal.”

Check-in
Upon arrival at the property, you can park your car in the designated spots marked with the “Sunny Apartment Guests” sign. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building (Entrance A).
The apartment keys are located in the lockbox next to the front door.
Mandatory registration in the eVisitor system: You can do this yourself by clicking the link: www.ejfjf.c or you can send your details to: kontakt.horvat@o3.hru
Details required: full name, address, ID card number and series.
– Lockbox code: You will receive a text message on the day of your arrival.
– After entering the code, pull the lever down and take out the key.
– Please make sure to close the lockbox carefully after taking the key and scramble the numbers to a random setting.
– In case of early arrival, it is possible to leave your luggage in the storage locker.

Take out the trash to the containers by the gate.

Small dogs are accepted; only by prior arrangement.

Swimming Pool Area
The swimming pool is located on the property and is available exclusively for residents and their guests. Please read the pool rules and regulations (below).
Waste sorting
We separately sort paper, plastic, glass, and mixed waste. Bins with the appropriate labels are located in the kitchen.

Please wear indoor shoes or slippers inside the premises.
User instructions
Kitchen
Induction hob: turn it on by holding the “ON” button for 2 seconds. Set the power levels on the touch panel. Please use only induction-safe cookware.
Coffee machine: capsules are located in the drawer under the sink. Insert a capsule, close the lever, and press the espresso button.
Dishwasher: tablets and instructions are in the cabinet next to it.
Laundry and Cleaning
Washing machine: located in the bathroom. Select the “Eco 40°” program and pour the detergent into the drawer. Please do not overload the machine.
Spare cleaning supplies, trash bags, and toilet paper are located in the utility cabinet next to the washing machine.
Safety and Emergencies
Main fuse: located in the box by the entrance, marked with a “G”.
Water valve: in the lower part of the bathroom, under the sink.
In case of emergency, please call the owner.
Air Conditioning and Heating
The remote control is in the living room.
Important: Please close all windows and balcony doors before turning on the air conditioning to avoid system overload and high electricity bills.
Set the temperature to at least 22°C – the system needs about 5 minutes to reach the optimal temperature.
Trash & Recycling
Sorted waste (paper, plastic, glass) and mixed waste should be taken to the containers located 50 meters past the gate. A map and instructions are available in the folder on the living room table.

Guests have access to a spacious balcony with a sea view, comfortable sun loungers, air conditioning in every room, a garden grill, access to a well-kept garden, beach towels, and a swimming pool on the premises available to all residents.

Bicycles (10 €/day) and SUP boards (15 €/day) are available for rent — perfect for an active getaway by the sea.

Diocletian’s Palace
The heart of Split and its greatest pride – the former residence of Emperor Diocletian, now integrated into the vibrant Old Town. Narrow stone streets lead you through Roman ruins, medieval palaces, and atmospheric cafés. It is a unique place where two thousand years of history meet the everyday life of the locals.
Marjan Hill
Marjan Hill is a green oasis in the very center of Split. Numerous walking and cycling trails lead through fragrant pine forests, while the viewpoints offer breathtaking panoramas of the city and the Adriatic Sea. It is the perfect spot for a morning jog, a romantic sunset, or a peaceful escape from the city bustle.
Split Port
Split is an excellent base for exploring the picturesque Dalmatian islands – Brač, Hvar, or Vis. Ferries and catamarans run daily from the port, offering fast and convenient connections. While waiting for your cruise, you can relax in one of the many seaside cafés and soak up the atmosphere of the bustling waterfront.

– Be sure to visit Pazar in the morning (the main market next to Diocletian’s Palace). You can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, homemade olive oil, dried figs, or sage honey there. You should also visit Peškarija (the fish market) to see the fresh daily catch.
– Dalmatinska Pašticada – the “queen” of Dalmatian cuisine. This is slow-cooked beef in a rich, sweet and sour sauce.
– Crni Rižot – black risotto with cuttlefish. It owes its characteristic color and deep, oceanic flavor to the cuttlefish ink. A must-try for seafood lovers.
– Pršut and Paški sir – Dalmatian ham cured in the bura wind and hard sheep’s cheese from the island of Pag. This is the perfect appetizer duo.
FAQ
Why do I need to provide my registration details?
This is a requirement under Croatian law. Every accommodation provider is legally obligated to register guest details in the national tourist system (eVisitor). Your data is used exclusively for official registration purposes and will not be shared with any third parties.
Can I check in at night?
Yes. The apartment is equipped with a key lockbox. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can send you detailed entry instructions and the access code.
How do I operate the air conditioning?
The remote control is in the living room. Turn it on using the ON button and select either cooling or heating mode. Close all windows and doors for the system to operate efficiently. It is best to set the temperature between 22–24°C.
What should I do if I have problems with the Wi-Fi?
The router is located under the TV. If the connection is lost, unplug it for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Where should I take the trash?
The recycling bins are located in the kitchen, and the waste containers are 50 m past the gate (map included in the folder). Waste sorting is mandatory.
